Wigan's 2nd XV has been revived and revitalised with both new and familiar faces turning out for the coming season. The side takes their first steps in a friendly against Chorley at Douglas Valley today and they will be looking to demonstrate that they have what it takes to succeed in their league campaign this season.

The game kicks off at 2.15pm and the Challenge Cup Final will also be shown in the clubhouse.
