Please contact me with your preferences by 9th September. Tickets are not guaranteed and are for the use of you and your friends. Remember that once I have allocated tickets you have a 48 hour window to purchase them from the RFU.
They should not be transferred to third parties and I am sure that you appreciate the potential consequences if they are found to have been redistributed by touts.

“we have seen and acted upon a number of breaches of the RFU Ticket Terms and Conditions https://www.eticketing.co.uk/rfu). We take the issue of secondary selling very seriously and the introduction of mobile ticketing has made tracking suspicious activity far easier to monitor and act upon. We would like to remind you that tickets must not be re-sold for higher prices or packaged up with unofficial hospitality or otherwise transferred or sold except as set out in the RFU Ticket Terms and Conditions. We will continue to do everything in our power to stop unofficial ticket sales and transfers which are against the RFU Ticket Terms and Conditions and the interest of the game”

In the event that members wish to sit together then tickets can be sent to one email to pay and receive tickets. They will then need to distribute them and each ticket holder will have to download the app to show their ticket on entry to the stadium.
